AISHA MILBURY ELLIS, CHAIR
Mrs. Milbury Ellis is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts and a graduate of New England School of Law. She worked for more than 16-years at the Board of Bar Overseers and the Office of Bar Counsel and has over a decade of experience as a DeMoura|Smith, LLP litigator in complex commercial contract negotiations and disputes, employment law, and personal torts, including medical malpractice and wrongful death claims, and she conducts sexual misconduct and independent workplace investigations. She also serves as an elected official for the City of Revere, School Committee.
ANTHONY DESTEFANO, VICE CHAIR
Mr. DeStefano worked in IT for 30 years. Member of the FPCU for over 35 years. Served on Board of Directors for nine yesrs. Currently Vice Chair and member of the IT and Audit Committees.
MARIA VALENTINI BRITO, CLERK
Maria Valentini-Brito, is the Human Resources Director at NeighborHealth (formerly East Boston Neighborhood Health Center). Maria has 35 years of Human Resources experience, developing expertise in recruitment, benefits, employee relations, HRIS and other areas of HR management.
CARLETON G. TARPINIAN, TREASURER
Mr. Tarpinian has proudly served on the First Priority Credit Union Board of Directors since 2014. He has over 60 years business experience and focused on real estate for the last 40 years of his career.
JOSEPH TIERNEY
Joe Tierney is a tax attorney, who has been a valued member of the board of directors of First Priority Credit Union since 2013, serving as its chair from 2019 through 2022. During his tenure, Joe has cultivated relationships with various stakeholders in the financial services industry, and routinely utilizes these connections to better serve the membership of First Priority. His enthusiasm for enhancing the credit union's brand and image seamlessly aligns with his deep-rooted belief in the transformative power of financial services.
MARTIN SCAFIDI
Post his graduation from Waltham High School in 1963, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Bentley University in 1967. He began his successful career in accounting, ultimately becoming President of Martin J. Scafidi CPA in 1990. Martin was elected to the Board of First Priority Credit Union in 2008 where he contributed his financial insight as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and continues to serve.
JOHN CASCIANO
Mr. Casciano is proud of the fact that this Credit Union was created by Postal workers over 100 years ago to improve their living standards. It has improved, expanded and evolved these many past years. As a retired Letter Carrier and union representative he first joined in 1980, and have used many of their services, including mortgage, savings & checking benefits, and remains a proud member today.

ANTHONY "TONY" PACIULLI, PRESIDENT/CEO
Over 35 years of financial experience, Mr. Paciulli is a firm believer in being part of and supporting the community's we participate in. Playing a role in developing and teaching team members as well as observing the impact on FPCU and it's members is what motivates him each day.
YARILIN DELAROSA, CFO
Yarilin Delarosa has over five years of experience in accounting and financial management. Her strategic mindset and strong analytical skills have driven effective financial planning and analysis at FPCU, positively impacting growth and effeciency. With expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, she is dedicated to the company's financial well-being. Yarilin's committment to excellence and understanding of market dynamics allow her to make informed decisions that support both current and future business needs, while also fostering a healthy financial enviroment for others to succeed.
BRADLEY VOLZ, VP - COMPLIANCE & AUDIT MANAGEMENT
As the Credit Union's VP of Compliance & Audit Management, his role is to ensure that FPCU upholds the laws and regulations, both federal and state in which credit unions are governed by. Ensuring that FPCU meets these standards is part of providing quality Member Service, and he is proud of the Compliance Culture that has been cultivated within the FPCU organization.
SANJANA KUMAR, VP - RETAIL BANKING
As Vice President of Retail Banking at FPCU, I lead strategic initiatives that enhance member experience and drive growth across our retail branches. With a focus on innovation and personalized service, I work to empower our team and deliver financial solution that support our members’ goals, while being dedicated to strengthening community relationships and advancing financial well-being.
MOLLY ROARK, AVP - MARKETING/HUMAN RESOURCES
Ms. Roark engages in a variety of responsibilities ranging from strategic HR initiatives to cultivating effective marketing strategies that resonate with the communities we serve. Her vast background in contract negotiation, quality control, operations and project management allow her to make informed decisions that enhance FPCU’s organizational performance.
